Talent Experience Intern (Summer 2026 | Hybrid | Grand Rapids, MI)
As the Talent Experience Intern, you'll not only gain hands-on experience but also take ownership of key initiatives. You'll coordinate intern programming (lunch & learns, volunteer events, and professional development activities) while working alongside Vervint's Talent Experience Team to support HR operations and employee engagement. This role offers a front-row seat to how HR impacts the employee experience and organizational success.

What You'll Accomplish:
- Coordinate and lead intern programming, including lunch & learns, networking opportunities, and volunteer events.
- Support new hire onboarding by preparing materials, scheduling, and assisting with first-day activities.
- Assist with offboarding processes, ensuring accurate documentation and smooth transitions.
- Gain exposure to employee benefits, HR policies, and compliance practices.
- Draft internal communications such as announcements, newsletters, and intranet updates.
- Help organize and execute employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and company events.
- Provide support on employee relations projects and day-to-day HR inquiries.
- Assist recruiting efforts by posting job openings, reviewing applications, and supporting candidate communications.
- Partner with the Talent Experience Team on special HR and recruiting projects.
What You'll Bring:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Clear, professional, and adaptable communication skills.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and willing to take ownership of projects.
- Open to shifting tasks and learning new areas of HR.
