Job Description:
*Under strict supervision, supports hunting and fishing trips for inidividuals and groups in support of client entertainment and operational requirements.
*Plans itinerary for hunting and fishing trips applying knowledge of countryside to determine best routes and sites.
*May transport people, equipment, and supplies to hunting and fishing areas. Explains hunting and fishing laws to ensure compliance.
*Instructs members of party in use of hunting or fishing gear.
*Administers first aid to injured individuals.
*Assists with facilities, grounds, and equipment maintenance and repairs as required.
*Cares for animals. Job tasks, correctly performed, have minimal impact upon the viability of the organization.
*Skills are typically acquired through 10 plus years experience in hunting, fishing, and camping in the outdoor recreation and guide industry.
*Non-Commercial Driver's License required.
