Hours & Pay

Pay Rate: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

Responsibilities



  • Manage a requisition load of 20-50 open roles with end-to-end recruiting.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and community outreach.
  • Guide candidates through the interview process by setting expectations, providing feedback, and telling the company's story.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR to develop recruitment strategies and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Research and implement creative sourcing strategies to build diverse candidate pipelines.
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Stay compliant with all company policies, safety programs, and employment law requirements.



Requirements



  • Minimum of 4 years of recruiting experience required (7 years preferred).
  • At least 4 years of applicant tracking system (ATS) experience required.
  • Minimum 3 years of advanced talent sourcing experience using tools like Boolean searches, LinkedIn, resume databases, and competitor mapping.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, and relationship management skills.
