Hours & Pay

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift | Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM + OT on Fridays

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

What You'll Do

Your role will be key to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards across the plant. Daily responsibilities include:

• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, breakrooms, and employee areas
• Emptying trash, sweeping/mopping floors, vacuuming carpets, and cleaning windows
• Maintaining outdoor spaces, including trash pickup and light landscaping
• Completing small paint projects and general upkeep tasks
• Performing dusting and deep-cleaning duties across the office and production areas
• Following all safety procedures, GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
• Assisting as an Assembler or Material Handler in production when needed

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a custodian, janitor, or in a warehouse environment is preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean, organized workspace
• Dependability and flexibility to support both cleaning and light production needs
