Mechanical Assembler

• Review production work orders, schematics, and instructions; complete documentation accurately.
• Communicate with team leaders on assembly instructions, workflow, and scheduling.
• Build assemblies using hand/powered tools and precision instruments in designated areas.
• Operate forklifts, cranes, balers, and compactors after onsite training.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment; follow all safety guidelines.
• Lift up to 50lbs and promote safe work habits.

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2 years continued education, trades, or related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of hand tools, hardware assembly, and ability to read blueprints/schematics (electrical and mechanical).
• Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of quality, health, and safety standards.
• Highly mobile with flexibility to adapt to production needs.
