Hours & Pay

Shift: 1st Shift | Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire (with strong potential for permanent placement)

What You'll Do

As a CNC Machine Operator, your role will be critical to producing high-quality components that power Toshiba's world-class products. You'll:

• Interpret production specifications and instructions.
• Set up and operate CNC machines and machining centers, including lathes, mills, boring, and grinding machines, or a 3-ton tandem press.
• Select controls, feeds, speeds, and depth of cut to meet precise requirements.
• Monitor operations and verify conformance of workpieces to specifications.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work area.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 3 years of CNC machining experience (lathes, mills, boring, grinding, or tandem press)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Proven ability to set up and operate CNC equipment according to specifications
