Summary: You will be supporting the Retail Strategy team in strategy and strategic framework development for various retail projects. You will be responsible for project planning, including milestone management, and risk and issue management. Responsibilities: * Preparing C-level strategic summaries for Korean and English-speaking audiences * Primary duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to creating and executing customized reports, forecasts, and operational recommendations for the various retail teams. * Must have the ability to synthesize information based on multiple data sources from within the retail team as well as cross-functional groups to ensure a view is provided back to both local and Suwon office counterparts. * Work closely and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales enablement, marketing, supply chain, and finance on business metrics and forecasts to ensure overall retail operations * Directs the activities of the various departments in the company and is concerned with pricing, sales, production, and distribution of the company's products. * Responsible for managing the employees, creating their work schedules, and distributing their duties. * Determine employment requirements, as well as conduct interviews and hire prospective employees. * An operations manager also trains the newly hired employees. * Manage all the activities that are associated with the production of the products the company offers. * Responsible for managing the performance of the employees, such as sales promotions, coordinating with different division leads, planning the layout and design of the store, and setting the prices and credit terms, as well as identifying goods and services to be sold. * Supervise the remodeling of current amenities and represent the company during client meetings and negotiations. * Handle problems in a calm and collected manner, even when under pressure. Requirements: * Fluent Korean speaking and writing a must * Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in a corporate, product strategy role * High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) * Exceptional problem-solving skills and establishing frameworks that apply to emerging business problems * Proven ability to successfully collaborate with various levels of associates * Strong organization and execution skills, including the ability to operate independently and drive strategic initiatives from ideation to end results * Experience with a top retailer, mobile carrier, or consumer electronics strongly preferred * Ability to influence, lead, motivate, and direct the activities of cross-functional resources and support groups to attain objectives, establish project schedules, and execute within the specified timeline * Ability to adapt to constantly evolving market conditions and business requirements Preferred Skills: * Assertive leader who is comfortable pushing various teams to deliver results on time * High curiosity to learn all aspects of mobile product operations * Adaptability to various ad-hoc projects * Thrives in a fast-paced corporate environment Staffmark talent working with this client receive competitive compensation and a great benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K, and Paid Time Off plus more!
