Pay Rate: $15-$18 per hour

Shifts: Varies (must be flexible for different schedules)

What You'll Do Each Day

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels through cycle counting, reporting, and adjustments
• Investigate production and inventory errors, correcting discrepancies in the system
• Support other departments by addressing inventory-related requests and providing reporting
• Manage inventory data and activity within ERP systems (NetSuite experience a plus)
• Ensure performance aligns with metrics, driving improvements and escalating when necessary
• Lead with confidence, making informed decisions in times of ambiguity
• Identify opportunities to increase productivity and efficiency across the department

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in inventory control or a related field
• Strong computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Office Suite
• Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
• Proven success in improving processes and boosting productivity
• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and make confident decisions
• Comfortable managing by metrics and being managed by metrics
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
• Casual dress code for a practical work environment
