This role is based in either New Orleans, Louisiana or Hanover, Maryland. As a Project Specialist, you will provide essential support to Project Managers and our Commercial team within Intralox's ARB Equipment platform. Job Responsibilities and Requirements Responsibilities: Provide administrative and logistical support to Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle. Assist in qualifying and responding to inquiries from Account Managers and Customer Service Representatives. Coordinate equipment order processing from acceptance through manufacturing and shipment. Support cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Manufacturing Operations, Financial Accounting, and Customer Service teams. Maintain accurate data in Oracle ERP and ensure timely updates to project records. Communicate project status, risks, and requirements to internal stakeholders. Process requests received via multiple channels with precision and professionalism. Help identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to tool development. Ensure documentation is organized and up to date to support audits and continuous improvement. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer-facing or project coordination role. High school diploma. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly motivated, self-managed, and positive attitude. Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across all organizational levels. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Capable of making quick, independent decisions. Ability to understand technical discussions and demonstrate a solid grasp of operational principles. Desired: A bachelor's degree from a 4-year institution Proficiency or some experience with ERP systems (Oracle or Similar). The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Intralox considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training and key skills. The position is eligible for one of the following: commissions, discretionary incentives, or production incentives according to the terms of those plans Salary Range $49,100 to $93,400.
