Job Description (General Summary)

Intralox, L.L.C. is seeking a Project Specialist to join our Proposal s and Project Management team, supporting the North America Region. This role is based in either New Orleans, Louisiana or Hanover, Maryland. As a Project Specialist, you will provide essential support to Project Managers and our Commercial team within Intralox's ARB Equipment platform.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative and logistical support to Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assist in qualifying and responding to inquiries from Account Managers and Customer Service Representatives.
  • Coordinate equipment order processing from acceptance through manufacturing and shipment.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Manufacturing Operations, Financial Accounting, and Customer Service teams.
  • Maintain accurate data in Oracle ERP and ensure timely updates to project records.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and requirements to internal stakeholders.
  • Process requests received via multiple channels with precision and professionalism.
  • Help identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to tool development.
  • Ensure documentation is organized and up to date to support audits and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer-facing or project coordination role.
  • High school diploma.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly motivated, self-managed, and positive attitude.
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across all organizational levels.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Capable of making quick, independent decisions.
  • Ability to understand technical discussions and demonstrate a solid grasp of operational principles.
Desired:
  • A bachelor's degree from a 4-year institution
  • Proficiency or some experience with ERP systems (Oracle or Similar).

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Intralox considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training and key skills. Therefore, we encourage all qualified applicants to apply regardless of their salary expectations.

The position is eligible for one of the following: commissions, discretionary incentives, or production incentives according to the terms of those plans

Salary Range $49,100 to $93,400.
