Our client is looking for an Executive Assistant to support senior leaders in Brand Marketing, DTC Marketing, and Sports Marketing.
This is a 12-month contract role, onsite in Portland, OR.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administrative Support
Serve as the first point of contact for VPs, managing calendars, meetings, and prioritization of time
Ensure leaders are prepared for deadlines, initiatives, and decision-making needs (e.g., performance reviews, calibration cycles)
Coordinate travel, accommodations, and expense reports
Support larger team meetings and events in partnership with the SVP EA
Maintain and manage communication groups and distribution lists
Operational Support
Partner with EA staff and brand teams to coordinate visits from athletes, agencies, and external partners (meeting spaces, product, transport, catering, etc.)
Help plan and schedule recurring team meetings, including agendas and materials
Provide ad hoc support for internal events and brand experiences
Order office supplies and coordinate with IT, facilities, and other EAs as needed
Onboard new team members by sharing standards, processes, and guidelines (e.g., T&E policy)
REQUIREMENTS:
2-4 years of experience supporting senior leaders in a corporate environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; strong PC software skills
Experience with SAP/Concur preferred
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong service orientation and ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Project management experience is a plus
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment supporting multiple executives
The pay for this W-2 position is $25.33/hr. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
