We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Organizational Change and Director to drive the people side of change for a large business transformation initiative, anchored by the implementation of a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. This role will be instrumental in preparing, equipping, and supporting employees across globally decentralized businesses to successfully adopt new ways of working, processes, and technologies.

As ourOrganizational Change Director, you'll support HID's successby:

Change Strategy & Planning:



  • Developing and executing a comprehensive change management strategy aligned with business transformation goals
  • Conducting change impact assessments, stakeholder analyses and readiness evaluations to shape targeted, change strategies
  • Partnering with business leaders to embed change leadership capabilities across the organization, as well as drive commitment for the change to be implemented within HID Business Areas especially in the areas of data quality and process ownership
  • Ensuring change management activities are seamlessly integrated into the transformation project plan


Communication Leadership:



  • Partnering with Corporate Communications in the design and delivery of a multi-channel communication strategy that informs, engages, and inspires stakeholders at all levels
  • Crafting clear, compelling messaging tailored to diverse audiences across geographies and functions
  • Socializing communication plans with key HID forums articulating the business priority, and rationale for the transformation
  • Managing communication timelines, content development, and feedback loops


Training & Enablement:



  • Collaborating with workstream leads to design and deliver targeted training programs that support adoption and ownership with business areas of new processes, ways of working and technologies
  • Ensuring training content is aligned with business processes, user roles, and system capabilities
  • Before the new ERP functionality is rolled out, partnering with process owners to drive accountability of performing strong user acceptance testing
  • Monitoring training effectiveness and adjusting approaches based on feedback and performance metrics


Engagement & Readiness:



  • Leading initiatives to build awareness, understanding, and commitment to the transformation
  • Developing and deploying readiness assessments, pulse surveys, and feedback mechanisms
  • Establishing and facilitating a change network of BA Super Users to support users and address resistance
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risk and resistance to change, proactively addressing concerns


Stakeholder Management:



  • Serving as a trusted advisor to the steering committee, senior leadership, key HID Councils, and workstream leads
  • Facilitating workshops to foster alignment and momentum


Monitor and Evaluate:



  • Defining success metrics and track progress toward adoption, engagement goals, and business ownership of new ERP solution
  • Adjusting strategies based on feedback, data, and evolving business needs



YourExperienceand Background include:



  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Organizational Development, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 7+ years of experience in change management, or transformation leadership
  • Change management certification highly desirable
  • Expert understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices
  • Proven success in large-scale ERP or digital transformation initiatives
  • Working knowledge of Oracle ERP and it's impact on business processes
  • Strong storytelling, writing, and presentation skills
  • Experience with project management and Agile methodologies and the ability to integrate into change management into project plans
  • Ability to coach and support leaders through the change process
  • Ability to influence others and move towards a common vision or goal
  • Strong team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
  • Experience working in complex, decentralized, and global environments
