Position Details:

As the Senior Administrative Coordinator, you will provide critical administrative support to the Director Program Operations and the SNF Global Center for Child and Adolescent Mental Health at CMI (SNF-GC-CMI) Leadership Team, ensuring the efficient operation of the program. You will be part of the SNF-Global Center-CMI, funded by a $55 million grant, which is an innovative initiative aimed at transforming child and adolescent mental health, offering the opportunity to engage with global experts.

Reporting to the Director, Program Operations, this is a full-time, non-exempt and hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day remote) position.

You Will:

  • Be the Administrative Coordinator for the Director Program Operations and the SNF Global Center for Child and Adolescent Mental Health at CMI (SNF-GC-CMI) Leadership team as a whole.
  • Coordinate virtual and in-person meetings, including logistics, site visits, program events, and expense reporting.
  • Collaborate with CMI's legal, HR, and finance departments to process contracts and ensure compliance. Draft and distribute standard operating procedures (SOP), letters, and forms, and handle administrative tasks like ordering supplies and filing
  • Help maintain the calendars and contact lists for the Director Program Operations and SNF-GC-CMI Leadership team, working closely with other administrative staff to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Coordinate and arrange travel logistics for the SNF-GC-CMI Fellows and Partners ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the Director Program Operations and SNF-GC-CMI Leadership to coordinate with external collaborators globally and partner with other departments, programs, and initiatives within CMI.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience multi-tasking and working with internal and external partners in different time zones
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

Pay Range

The salary range for the position is posted. Factors such as candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations affect the salary offered within this range. In addition, this salary may be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state and depending on the role), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
