A Day in the Life:

Responsible for soybean processing operations at the Delphos, OH facility, such as shipping, receiving, drying, and storage of beans, and operating equipment to load trucks and rail cars with soybean meal. Excellent starting pay and benefits available from day 1. Starting pay is $25.70 per hour, plus $1 per hour night shift premium. Company paid uniforms, safety shoes, health and safety incentives, and great opportunities for training and advancement. Must be willing to work weekends and holidays.

Position Details:

12-hour shift (2-2-3) schedule on night shift, 5pm-5am

$25.70 an hour plus a $1.00 an hour night shift differential

What You'll be Doing:

  • Move rail cars following all safety procedures
  • Operate meal grinding equipment
  • Load and unload trucks and rail cars with soybean meal
  • Load outbound oil trucks
  • Monitor computers and make process adjustments as necessary
  • Process paperwork per department procedures
  • Communicate process and equipment deficiencies with other operators, maintenance personnel, and supervisors
  • Perform cleaning within the department as directed
  • Clean silos and bowls in preparation for harvest
  • Assist coworkers as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ability to follow policies and procedures
  • Basic computer and mechanical skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Willing to work overtime and flexible hours

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an industrial environment
