This position will be 100% REMOTE, but based in Charleston, SC.

Responsibilities:

• Experience with Software Application Security & Development
• * Knowledge of Desktop/Server applications on Windows, Linux, and Mobile Platforms
• * Operating Systems (Windows, Linux, iOS, Android)
• * Experience with Vulnerability Scanners (Nessus, OWASP Dependency Checker, Static/Dynamic source code/application Scanners, fuzz testing, etc.)
• * Experience with Network Traffic analysis (Wireshark, TCPdump, etc.)
• * Knowledge of the NIST National Vulnerability Database (NVD) and Common Vulnerability & Exposures (CVE)
• * Familiar with NIST 800-53 Rev 4 & 5 and DoDI 8510.01
• * Familiar with the Risk Management Framework, NIST 800-37 Rev 2
• * Highly motivated self-starter that can run objectives to completion on their own
• * Define metrics and reporting strategies that effectively communicate security posture to the client
• * Proven ability to present complex, technical information to both technical and nom-technical audiences

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• An active DoD Secret Clearance is required
• * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training or work experience (6 years)
• * 5+ years of experience in security analysis of software applications, platforms, and infrastructure
• * Strong written and verbal communications skills and the ability to interact with people at all levels are required
• * A professional attitude regarding attention to detail and customer service and excellent organizational skills are required

The successful candidate must meet eligibility requirements to access sensitive information, which requires US citizenship.
