As a Contracts Administrator Lead Associate, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of contract and subcontract management - from negotiation and proposal development to compliance oversight and customer engagement. You will serve as a trusted advisor to program leadership, ensuring all contractual activities align with FAA objectives, company goals, and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

    Manage contract and subcontract functions, including negotiation, analysis, and administration.

  • Lead proposal preparation and customer contact activities related to acquisition and fulfillment.

  • Develop and implement contract policies, procedures, methods, and operating practices.

  • Oversee complex bids, integrating proposals from subcontractors and vendors.

  • Review, interpret, and resolve issues impacting company compliance and satisfaction of legal requirements.

  • Provide contractual guidance to business teams, ensuring appropriate Statements of Work (SOW).

  • Serve as focal point for communication with legal, finance, and business disciplines to resolve issues and disputes.

  • Manage contract change control processes and review complex solicitations and non-routine proposals.



Qualifications

  • Requires a working knowledge of industry business practices and the negotiation of prime contracts. Incumbent must also possess strong written and oral communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and a working knowledge of PC software packages typically associated with contract administration.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field and at least 5+ years of prime contract administration experience is required.
  • NCMA certified, CPCM, Govt acquisition background and industry.
  • U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Target Salary Range

$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
