The Role:

The Human Resources Generalist plays a key role in
supporting HR operations across multiple business units. This role
emphasizes recruitment and learning & development, while
actively contributing to workforce planning, performance management,
compensation, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate is
collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable interacting with employees at all
levels, from hourly staff to senior leadership.

Your Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Workforce
Planning

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salaried
    roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing
    needs and develop proactive talent pipelines.
  • Maintain applicant tracking systems and ensure a
    positive candidate experience.
  • Support workforce analytics and reporting to inform
    strategic planning.

Learning & Development

  • Coordinate and deliver onboarding programs,
    compliance training, and skill development workshops.
  • Assist in identifying training needs and implementing
    learning solutions across departments.
  • Track training metrics and evaluate program
    effectiveness.

Performance Management

  • Support performance review cycles, including goal
    setting, feedback facilitation, and documentation.
  • Provide coaching to managers on performance
    conversations and employee development.

Compensation Management

  • Assist in compensation benchmarking and internal
    equity reviews.
  • Support annual merit and incentive processes in
    collaboration with HR leadership.

Employee Relations

  • Respond to employee inquiries and concerns with
    professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Support conflict resolution and promote a positive
    workplace culture.

Compliance

  • Ensure HR practices comply with federal,
    state, and local employment laws.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and support
    internal and external audits.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business
    Administration, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of HR experience, preferably in a
    multi-site or manufacturing environment.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
  • Strong computer proficiency with experience working
    in HR systems and generating reports; technically savvy, detail-oriented,
    and quick to learn new tools and technologies to support HR processes and
    decision-making.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across locations and build
    relationships with diverse teams.
