Position Description:

A mission-critical role, the Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer ensures resilience, security, and modernization of enterprise IT systems and DoD cyber and network operations. The ideal candidate combines hands-on technical depth with the ability to anticipate and resolve complex operational challenges at scale.

Responsibilities:

• Architect, implement, and maintain secure, resilient IT infrastructure for joint operations
• Lead troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and incident response on high-priority network issues
• Oversee upgrades, patching, and deployment of modernized network solutions aligned with DoD guidelines
• Author and maintain detailed technical documentation, SOPs, and compliance evidence
• Mentor junior staff and actively participate in knowledge-sharing across the engineering team

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT, or related field
• 8+ years in enterprise network/system engineering roles supporting DoD or similar secure environments
• Extensive experience with enterprise networks, servers, storage, and virtualization.
• Demonstrated experience in secure network design, operations and maintenance, and compliance frameworks
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP, Security+, ITIL) preferred
• TS/SCI clearance required
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
