Position Description:

The Integration Lead plays a pivotal role coordinating and integrating activities across DISA network and cyberspace environments, ensuring technical and operational efforts are synchronized with strategic objectives. This position requires converting complex mission priorities into executable, cross-functional action and facilitating collaboration and information flow across diverse stakeholders, translating vision to execution in support of DISN and joint operations excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Lead integration of strategic initiatives and daily operations across program task areas
• Champion cross-functional coordination, resolving barriers to execution in network and cyberspace operations
• Guide the analysis, design, and implementation of integrated solutions for command and control, network modernization, and mission readiness
• Facilitate change initiatives and support high operational tempo environments
• Advise and communicate with all organizational levels, ensuring clear information sharing

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, information systems, or related field
• 8+ years in technical team leadership within DoD or large-scale network operations
• Experience integrating multi-disciplinary teams supporting DISN, DoDIN, or similar environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, Network+, CSM) a plus
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
