Responsibilities The Manager - Training is responsible for leading and managing the training function for clinic staff and providers, ensuring competency in both Epic and regulatory/compliance workflows. This position oversees a team of trainers (including Credentialed Trainers) focused on Epic Ambulatory, Cadence/Prelude, and MyChart; directly delivers training to staff and providers. The Manager partners closely with Clinic Operations, Compliance, HR, Epic Analysts, and IT Change/Release Management. The Manager will develop and oversee training strategies for new hires, ongoing staff development, Epic upgrades, and compliance education. This includes monitoring training quality, providing feedback to trainers, and ensuring clinic staff demonstrate proficiency in Epic Ambulatory, Cadence/Prelude, MyChart, and related workflows. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in healthcare, education, organizational development, or related field required. Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of training or education program leadership required.
