products for original equipment and aftermarket customers. Through our DRiV, Performance

Solutions, Clean Air and Powertrain business groups, Tenneco is driving advancements in

global mobility by delivering technology solutions for light vehicle, commercial truck, offhighway, industrial, motorsport and the aftermarket.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Drive cross-functional project execution across our global supply chain, supporting the transformation efforts across 100+ manufacturing plants.
  • Deploy and govern large-scale, enterprise-wide projects that shape how data, process, and performance come together.
  • Be a key participant in constructing the structure for the Global Supply Chain Project Management Toolbox.
  • Apply The Tenneco Way to standardize processes, improve accountability, and accelerate progress.

Minimum Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in project management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, International Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field (Master's a plus). Certificate of any APICS or Six Sigma a plus.

Skills

  • Project Management Certification: PMP, Prince2, or equivalent
  • Advanced Project Toolkit: Extensive knowledge and experience with project planning and tracking tools, Gantt charts, RAID logs, MS Project, etc.
  • Communication Across Borders: Strong and assertive communication skills in English; ability to collaborate across cultures, functions, and time zones. Other languages are a plus.
  • Healthily OCD Equipped About the Details: If a dashboard color palette shifts mid-report, a border is 2px instead of 1px, a font changes style between slides, or a date format is inconsistent, you notice. And you fix it. That "good kind of OCD" helps elevate our standards through your work from functional to flawless, and ensures every stakeholder trusts what they see.
  • Proven Change Driver: You hold a recognized project management certification (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) and have successfully led regional, cross-functional initiatives in complex industries such as manufacturing, supply chain, and operations.

  • Expert in Project Tools and Discipline: Skilled in applying Gantt charts, RAID logs, critical path methodology, and project tracking systems like MS Project, Smartsheet, and Monday.com, you bring structure, clarity, and measurable progress to every project.

  • Strategic Problem Solver: You thrive in ambiguity, breaking down silos and creating repeatable frameworks that keep initiatives moving forward. Your ability to anticipate obstacles and sustain momentum ensures long-term adoption of change.

  • Collaborative Influencer: Whether aligning regional stakeholders, partnering with plant leadership, or presenting to senior executives, you adapt communication styles to connect with operations, supply chain, purchasing, and beyond. You unite diverse teams behind shared goals.

  • Trust Builder with Relentless Follow-Through: You build credibility quickly through a genuine and approachable style, while driving accountability and execution. Teams collaborate willingly, and sustained results are achieved because you make change practical, clear, and repeatable.
