Department OverviewMotorola Solutions Job Description
  • Complete projects using artificial intelligence / machine learning techniques for improved customer experience, including analyzing customer sentiment, customer interactions, and customer portals.
  • Visualize trends using interactive dashboards.
  • Structure data received from customer interactions with company agents and merge this data across various communication streams to get a holistic view of customer sentiment during their interactions and provide the Total Customer Experience.
  • Develop and manage an interactive portal to depict the various trends and statistics of Customer Satisfaction and Agent Performance, giving the company valuable insights to improve the overall Customer Experience.
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for all Customer Experience matters to migrate the internal Customer Experience program into a third party solution.

Target Base Salary Range: $96,928 - $120,900 USD

Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
