Summary: This role is an essential leader of the Accounting and Finance team and is responsible for the timely preparation of multiple financial reports, forecasting and budgeting as well as collaborating with the functional team leaders within the organization. Must be results-driven, possess a strong drive to meet and exceed goals, and is naturally inclined to anticipate risks, take ownership of challenges, and make sound decisions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Under general supervision, must be able to perform a variety of job duties including, but not limited to:

• Prepares budgets and forecasts to include P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flows.
• Responsible for compliance to and preparation of all corporate reporting requirements including preparing supplemental schedules and adhering to reporting deadlines.
• Ability to perform operational analysis and generates reports, including KPI's, and gains consensus for cross-functional efficiency improvement projects.
• Develop proforma projections for existing and new business opportunities.
• Provides recommendations to improve profitability, working capital and free cash flow.
• Enhance reporting by streamlining, refining and improving the process and accuracy to assist management in timely business decision-making.
• Design worksheets and/or databases for tracking and reporting.
• Ability to effectively present information.
• Follow all Senior policies and procedures.
• Other duties with the work as assigned.

Education and/or Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance with a minimum 3-years of related experience and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• CPA and/or Masters preferred
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

Annual Target Salary = $155,000.00
