Job Summary The Total Rewards Manager leads the design, implementation, and administration of the organization's compensation, benefits and career management programs. This role is responsible for developing a comprehensive total rewards strategy that aligns with business objectives and supports the attraction, retention, and engagement of top talent. The manager oversees both compensation and benefits functions, ensuring compliance, competitiveness, and effective communication of programs to employees. The manager works closely and collaboratively with HR business partners, managers and leaders. This role is expected to adhere to all company policies and safety protocols.
