ARES Corporation is hiring a Peripheral Equipment Operator to work on site at Ames Research Center. The role of the peripheral equipment operator is to provide entry-level technical support for printers, multifunction devices (MFDs), and related equipment, including installation, routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and basic repairs. The technician ensures devices remain operational and user needs are met while maintaining accurate service tickets, documenting all work performed, and escalating issues when necessary. In addition, this role is responsible for safeguarding the security of the print environment by following established protocols, handling sensitive information appropriately, and supporting compliance with organizational policies. This position provides an opportunity to build foundational technical skills while delivering reliable and customer-focused support. Minimum Requirements:
