What to Expect
As a vital member of the Corporate Development team, this role involves close collaboration with business leaders and cross-functional partners including HR, Legal, Tax, Finance, and Accounting to evaluate opportunities. The team originates, diligences, structures, negotiates, and integrates complementary businesses, technologies, and teams to accelerate growth, expand product offerings, or enter new markets. The Senior Associate will contribute to the evaluation and execution of acquisitions, divestitures, investments, and other projects. Responsibilities span the full spectrum of a deal lifecycle from deal origination through post-close integration, focusing on financial due diligence, valuation modeling, deal structuring, negotiations, and integration activities across the organization.
What You'll Do
- Identify and resolve issues across the deal lifecycle, from pre-sign due diligence to post-close integration of acquired businesses
- Analyze financial and operational performance of target companies by reviewing diligence materials and preparing financial models to support transaction evaluation with management teams
- Participate in purchase agreement negotiations, providing insights on working capital, indebtedness, and purchase price adjustments
- Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Tax, Investor Relations, and Legal teams to deliver transaction insights
- Support end-to-end integration efforts by developing detailed plans, coordinating execution, monitoring progress, and escalating risks
- Prepare communications for senior leaders on deal rationale, valuation, integration strategies, tradeoffs, and financial or operational impacts
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in investment banking, finance, accounting, advisory, or consulting roles
- Prior experience supporting M&A transactions, including financial due diligence
- Advanced financial and analytical skills with proficiency in Excel

Expected Compensation
$64,000 - $276,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
