Description Position at Hearth & Home Technologies, LLC Material Handler I Position Details Pay:$18 -$22 per hour Location:Outdoor Greatroom, Lakeville, MN 1^stShift Details: Monday- Friday 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (Core Hours) Lunch 11-11:30 pm (unpaid time) Must be flexible to stay until the work is done -could be until 6:30 PM but should have some notice if that's the case OT as needed, generally an extended shift Material Handler Duties Include Preparing and shipping OGC's industry-leading fire tables, burners and RTF fireplace products. Picking & pulling parts Shipping small parcel packages using FedEx Prepare ship lists utilizing M2K Prepare returned product to return to inventory Palletizing products and optimizing pallet needs Loading freight into trailers Open crates Unloading ocean containers Replenish inventory as needed Utilizing a variety of industrial material handling equipment Forklifts Scanners Shrink wrap machines Work Experience Forklift - previous stand up and sit down forklift certification required in a distribution center/warehouse setting Scanners - ability to work with hand held scanners. Job Requirements Forklift experience Work in various temperatures and climates - not a climate-controlled work area Lifting up to 50 lbs.
