Summit Credit Union is looking for a Universal Banker Float to serve as the welcoming face of our branches, supporting multiple teams and helping our members achieve financial success! What You'll Do: Be the first point of contact for members, delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships. Travel between branches in your territory, supporting teams and engaging with members in person. Assist members with opening accounts, loan products, teller transactions, and more. Educate members about convenient services like online banking and mobile banking. Collaborate with colleagues, mentor team members, and help improve branch operations. Actively participate in outreach and networking to grow member relationships. Support members with their borrowing needs, provide financial education, and identify solutions. What We're Looking For: A genuine passion for helping people and serving your community. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Sales or customer service experience (financial experience preferred, but not required). Willingness to travel between branches and work Saturday hours.
