About the Role
  • Collaborate with internal and external customers to meet Stryker Retrofit program requirements.
  • Process Retrofit Matrix reports to support retrofit program planning, specifically showing retrofit requirements and inventory availabilities for a specified range of vehicles.
  • Manage the ORACLE-based Retrofit Database, including:
    • Creating new vehicle records in the system
    • Creating tasks and loading them against applicable vehicles
    • Updating retrofit status
    • Providing retrofit reports and executive summaries upon request
  • Process internal requisitions and retrofit sales orders for contracted retrofit activities.
  • Create and administer Engineering Change Authorization Requests (ECARs) for retrofit work and manage the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) sign-off process.
  • Research the ORACLE-based Stryker Retrofit database to assist internal and external customers with program direction.
  • Conduct excess inventory evaluations at the part number level or for an entire warehouse facility.
  • Address customer requests that fall outside the specified roles and responsibilities.
  • Validate the pricing of parts using government databases such as Fedlog, WebFLIS, or I3 Log.
  • Handle Call Forward requests from the U.S. Government to ship parts out of Oracle via sales orders.
  • Address issues from the internal Receiving team in Sumner, WA.
  • Process orders and cancellations in the Logistics Modernization Program (LMP).
  • Provide requisition statuses for parts ordered.


Qualifications Sought
  • Bachelor's Degree in a business area of study or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to pass a U.S. Government Clearance check to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC).
  • Proficiency in using ORACLE and associated computer systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (both oral and written).
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment to meet team objectives and performance metrics.
  • Ability to perform under pressure to meet deadlines, provide timely updates, and communicate status with all parties involved.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage workday efficiently.
