About the Role:
The function of this position is to manage General Dynamics Land Systems existing platform Vehicles (FMS Foreign Military Sales) field operations. This includes working with our field operations counterparts from proposal through closeout meeting cost, scheduling and performance requirements as outlined in the applicable contract from the customer.

Responsibilities to Anticipate/Expect:
This role will require the candidate to work well in a team environment as well as individual contributor.Be able to multi-task on simultaneous development projects, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule and mission scope.
- Have knowledge of Abrams/ Stryker Family of Vehicles
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to lead, collectively manage, plan and schedule overall profile for field execution requirements
- Manage day-to-day relationships with multiple internal and external customers leading to highly successful partnerships
- Engage with operations teams to continuously improve the organizations products and services related fielding, new equipment training, modifications, and sustainment maintenance in order to sustain and expand our business.
- Develop and manage budgets and budget trackers to ensure financial wellness of all assigned vehicle platforms/products
- Organize and host weekly meetings with field managers to discuss and maintain /course correct program and project activities and metrics
- Provide or coordinate for engineering technical support to field teams for assigned GDLS families of vehicles as needed
- Maintain assigned program and project balanced score card
- Consolidate all assigned program efforts and metrics and provide data and reports to leadership on a regularly.
- Perform other duties assigned.
Minimum Qualifications / What you must have:
- Bachelors Degree
- Proficiency in using ORACLE and associated computer systems.
- Able to demonstrate time management skills and work with diverse groups of employees and customers.
- Project management /Program management experience
- Knowledge of Sustainment and Financeactivities
- Experience working with USG/DoD customers desired
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to multi-task and manage workday efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in proposal development, follow on contract negotiations and knowledge of government contracts is a plus.
Additional Information
- This position will require ability to pass a U.S. Government Clearance check to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC)
