Salary Range: $59,000.00 to $70,000.00

Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure that customer orders are processed efficiently and accurately.
- Follow up on commercial proposals with sales departments and/or distributors.
- Mainitain regular communication with distributors to track the status of orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor the progress of customer orders from placement to delivery, addressing any issues that arise during the process.
- Provide support to the sales team by preparing order documentation, updating order status, and handling customer inquiries related to orders.
- Review frequencies/setup requirements annually for appropriate planning
- Develop and maintain accurate BOM data on all inventory and production items
- Review product data on an annual basis, or as needed, to ensure accuracy.
- Conduct periodic cost analysis and participate in standard cost development process.
- Manage the creation and maintenance of shop floor orders and work with production team in scheduling.
- Communicate effectively with Production leads and management on any change in supply or other issues that need to be resolved
- Manage inventory accuracy and obsolecence review.
- Drive initatives for process improvement. Present monthly updates to management on improvements.
- Maintain open communications with Customer Service and/or Suppliers
- Responsible for achieving KPI goals as mutually developed or established by manager
- Any other business related projects or activity set forth by manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in production control and planning, materials management, or purchasing in a manufacturing company.
- Analytical capabilities including strong data analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Excel beneficial (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Experience in PowerBI, Power Apps, and other analytical tools will be appreciated.
- Experience with SAP and ServiceMax will be a plus.
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on demand.
- Ability to strategically plan on a high level and problem solve in cross-functional environment.
- Open-minded, collaborative and team-oriented attitude with the ability to think outside the box.
- Self-motivated with strong sense of ownership and accountability.
