Overview

Achieve objectives through delegation of responsibility to direct reports; setting processes, organizing resources and providing direction to accomplish goals and objectives; and communicating business and operational developments/issues to the team.



Responsibilities

    User Access & Role Management
  • Provision and update permission roles across modules including LMS, RCM,EC, Compensation and Onboarding.
  • Mirror access configurations and initiate IGAM approval workflows for new users.
  • Troubleshoot access issues and coordinate with SAP Security and IT support teams.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding Administration
  • Maintain and update onboarding forms and homepage cards using SuccessFactors tools.
  • Configure business rules for onboarding workflows (e.g., ONB_PROCESS_VARIANT, ONB_REHIRE_COORDINATOR).
  • Support supplemental worker onboarding processes and integrations with Pega, Evolve, and Remedy.
  • System Configuration & Release Management
  • Coordinate SuccessFactors release testing and validation (e.g., 1H Release).
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure readiness and compliance during system downtimes.
  • Participate in Success Check assessments and implement best practices from SAP delivery specialists.
  • Data Integrity & Organizational Structure
  • Support updates to job profiles and organizational structures in SuccessFactors.
  • Collaborate with HRIS and IT teams to align SuccessFactors data with downstream systems (SAP EAM, ECC).
  • Participate in impact assessments and reorg planning meetings to ensure accurate replication of org changes.
  • Documentation & Training
  • Maintain admin training documents and update process guides as needed.
  • Provide support to internal stakeholders on SuccessFactors functionality and troubleshooting.


Qualifications

  • Prior experience administering SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Onboarding, Recruiting, Compensation, LMS).
  • Familiarity with IGAM, Remedy, Pega, systems.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

Batchelor's Degree is Required.

Wage Data Per State Requirements

The salary range for this position is $136,000 and $152,000.. The starting salary will be commensurate with skill, education, experience, and working environment.
