Hours & Pay

1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM | $19.00/hour

2nd Shift: 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM | $21.85/hour

*Overtime required during busy seasons.

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

What You'll Do Each Day

• Scan, prep, and process electronic tablets into the system.
• Apply protective bumpers to devices and load them onto conveyors/machines.
• Inspect devices for quality assurance and accuracy.
• Package accessories, build boxes, and label finished products.
• Read work orders and follow production drawings or sample assemblies.
• Align and position parts using jigs, fixtures, or other holding devices.
• Attach hardware such as caps, clamps, knobs, and switches.
• Perform assembly tasks such as sanding, cleaning, bonding, curing, stamping, or etching.
• Operate machinery that presses, shapes, or winds component parts.
• Conduct quality testing to verify functionality and compliance.
• Set up workstations with required components and documentation.
• Assist with repairs and preventative maintenance of production machinery.
• Communicate any process issues to team leads or engineers.
