Maintenance Mechanic

Staffmark is hiring a Maintenance Mechanic for a global leader in packaging, print, and supply chain solutions. This hands-on role is perfect for someone skilled in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems, working with advanced production equipment, and keeping operations running smoothly.

Schedule & Pay:

• Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• $22-$28/hr

What You'll Do:

• Maintain and repair production machinery, including die cutters, presses, bindery equipment, folders, and conveyor systems
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
• Use hand tools, power tools, welders, and precision instruments to perform repairs
• Manufacture or repair parts with lathes, milling machines, grinders, and drill presses as needed
• Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to diagnose equipment issues
• Make precise adjustments to optimize machine performance

What We're Looking For:

• Strong industrial maintenance experience (mechanical & electrical systems)
• Skilled in troubleshooting mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical/electronic systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Knowledge of geometry, shop math, and machinery alignment
• Physically able to lift up to 55 lbs
