Our client is looking for a Sales Director to join their prestige skincare brand and take it to the next level!
This role is based out of Los Angeles, CA and requires up to 50% travel. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Drive sales growth by leading sell-in and sell-through strategies across luxury retailers to consistently hit and exceed revenue targets. - Build, coach, lead and manage sales and field teams that embody excellence, accountability, and brand passion. - Strengthen and leverage existing retail partnerships and cultivate new ones with top retail buyers to expand presence and visibility. - Champion training and education by overseeing field education programs, retail trainings, and brand advocacy initiatives that elevate customer experience. - Design and implement incentive engagement programs that motivate and empower retail associates. - Use forecasting, performance tracking, and P&L analysis to make data-driven decisions, optimizing strategy and maximizing results. - Act as a Brand Ambassador and represent the brand's innovation at retail locations, key account meetings, and industry events. REQUIREMENTS: - 7+ years of field sales leadership, retail account management, or wholesale strategy in luxury beauty/skincare. - Strong industry relationships and a deep understanding of the prestige beauty market. - Proven success in developing strategies that boost revenue and brand presence. - Willingness to travel at least 50% to retail partners, accounts, and events.
