*Job Description:*
The IT Manager is a vital role within our organization, responsible for overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and security of our IT infrastructure. This individual will be the go-to expert for all things related to technology and cyber security. They will collaborate with various departments to identify and address their IT needs and develop and execute technology strategies within the organization. Management experience is not required. Provide technical support to end-users to include remote employees encountered on physical end user computers and virtual Microsoft servers, VMware, Azure AD, Office 365, Exchange and third party applications such as Quantum. Knowledge of database administration such as generating/running queries, RTM, Crystal reports. Develop and implement cybersecurity policies, procedures, and best practices to safeguard the organization's data and systems in order to monitor and assess potential security risks and vulnerabilities, taking proactive measures to mitigate them in accordance with NIST 800.171 requirements. Installation, configuration, and maintenance of a high level of computer security for all devices and computers connected to multiple computer networks in accordance with NIST 800.171 requirements. Collaborate with outside I.T. service team in the maintenance of server systems, WAN, LAN, Firewall, Windows Servers (2019, 2022) to ensure at least 99% up time. Syncing backup to the cloud - Wasabi - on the set daily schedule to prevent loss of data. Manage and maintain accurate documentation of network diagram and critical admin system access accounts. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems efficiently, escalating complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary. Assist in managing user accounts, access privileges, and password resets in various systems as well as setting up and configure workstations, peripherals, and software applications. Develop, implement, and monitor information systems policies and controls to ensure data integrity and security as well as legal and regulatory compliance. Maintain and update disaster recovery plan as needed. Consult with management to analyze computer system needs (i.e., system capacity, equipment acquisitions) for management information and functional operations. Researches and evaluates hardware to support the business. Operate the AV equipment to include sound system and video equipment as well as phone equipment to conduct digital and in-person meetings, live-stream and/or recorded meetings, business conferences, and other related events. Perform all other similar or related duties as assigned (e.g., primary PoC with mobile and telecom service providers). *Skills* quantum, Infrastructure, Vendor management, Compliance *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field and 5-8 years' experience in Information Technologies (with a concentration in I.T. Security) or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior experience in the aviation industry strongly desired. Must possess IT industry-recognized network security-specific professional certifications and proven track record in providing support to 100+ in-person users. Recent (last 5 years) experience in the following computer programs is required such as: *Meraki Access point Wireless systems *Firewalls SonicWall NSA Series *Dell PowerEdge Servers R400 series *VMware 7.0 and vCenter administration *Veeam Enterprise - Backup, Restore and disaster recovery. *Windows Server 2022, Windows Server 2019, Windows 10/11 clients. *Office 365 Online (Active Directory - Identity, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Security and Compliance). *Protocols DHCP, DNS, Cisco Switches, & Nexus Core Switches *Wasabi backup Cloud PROFESSIONAL ATTRIBUTES: *Proven record of delivering results on time, on budget, and to the highest standards *Demonstrated initiative, drive, and resilience; action and results-oriented *Team player, able to build strong relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization *Self-confident, self-motivated & willing to assume a leadership role *Demonstrated ability to make effective and sound decisions, problem solver *Excellent communication and interpersonal skills *Detail oriented, able to work independently and exercise judgment *Sense of urgency and able to work efficiently under pressure and to tight deadlines *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $135000.00/yr. A comprehensive benefits package which includes health, dental, vision, & life insurance, and 401k Retirement plan.
