The Receiving Supervisor handles and processes inbound product to ensure accuracy of sorting and receiving. Manages a team of coworkers in executing department and facility goals. Collaborates with peers and management to initiate solutions that align with business goals.

*Monitor and maintain open lines of communication with drivers from various trucking companies.

*Verify and research any vendor discrepancies in the CDW invoice compared to the actual merchandise received.

*Manage team of coworkers to ensure they are trained, productive and motivated through ongoing communication, coaching, and mentoring, including performance management.

*Resolve coworker issues or escalates to upper management as appropriate.

*Focus on overall productivity and errors-finding effective solutions to increase productivity and reduce errors.

*Collaborate with team leaders to ensure all work is being completed effectively and efficiently and distributed to coworkers appropriately.

*Promote, adhere, and enforce CDW safety standards as well as policies and procedures outlined in the Road to Success coworker handbook.

*Collaborate with other departments within the distribution center to improve operational efficiencies.

*Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

*Housekeeping and ensure areas are kept clean and garbage is dumped in the proper containers.

*Participate in projects or specialty assignments.

*High School Diploma or equivalent.

*3 years of warehouse experience.

*Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor others.

*Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

*Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all stakeholders.

*History of balancing competing priorities with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business while meeting deadlines.

*Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

*Comfort working in a warehouse environment which includes changes in temperature as the weather fluctuates and noise form conveyors and forklifts.

*Bachelor's Degree a plus.

*Previous warehouse leadership experience a plus.

*Experience with the functionality of AS/400 a plus.

*Forklift certification a plus.

Pay range: $ 74,000 - $ 110,200 depending on experience and skill set.

Annual bonus target of 5% subject to terms and conditions of plan
