The VP of UHC E&I Pharmacy Product Strategy defines the Product Portfolio Strategy and Vision, plays the role of Product Evangelist externally and collaborates closely with the VP of Pharmacy Product Development/Management as the internal face of the portfolio. The VP of Product Strategy has a deep understanding of the business strategy and translates market trends and customer needs into a Product Strategy to support business growth and revenue goals across all commercial lines of business. Additionally, this position will support the overall OptumRx relationship with UHC, inclusive of strategies to drive enterprise growth and identification of opportunities to better align organizationally. You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. Primary Responsibilities: This role is responsible for development and execution of Pharmacy Product Strategy across all E&I lines of business. This includes working closely with business leadership, the broader E&I Product organization, UHC Pharmacy and OptumRx product and growth teams to develop the strategic vision for the product portfolio. The role reports to the E&I VP for Pharmacy Product and aligns closely with business leadership. Responsibilities include:

The salary for this role will range from $196,600 to $337,100 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
