Our team is part of TQSG(Technology and Quality Systems Group) which is part of Supply Chain Transformation (SCT) in Cisco's Supply Chain Organization. This team is responsible for creating tools and processes to build, qualify, and deploy infrastructure and applications used to support quality management systems for manufacturing test.

In this role, you will be coordinating multiple teams to plan, qualify, and publish infrastructure and applications to support quality management systems used in supply chain operations.

You will be responsible for managing the release process and driving continuous improvements to improve quality and reduce overhead of the release process to enable continuous delivery to benefit our factory operations. Responsibilities will include

• Coordinating with Agile Scrum product owners
• Release planning and execution.
• Implementation and governance of change management best practices
• Communicating with partners for release planning, coordination, and process improvements
• Establish metrics to drive process improvements
• Working with global organization, must be available for nights and weekends

• BS, Computer Science
• 5 years' experience in technical program management
• At least 2 years Supply Chain experience
• Familiar with Agile Scrum methods - understand working with teams that use Agile
• Experience defining application release accountability and coordination

• Service Now experience
• Sharepoint experience
• DevSecOps Software development methodology
