As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment by conducting regular patrols and staying highly visible throughout the facility. Your presence and attention to detail help to deter potential security-related incidents while offering a reassuring and approachable point of contact for employees, visitors, and contractors. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required as you will be responsible for patrolling various areas of the property. You will also be expected to provide outstanding customer service and clear communication, supporting the collaborative and people-first culture that defines Allied Universal. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial environment.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting with security-related needs as they arise.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe for any unusual activity throughout the location.
• Complete detailed and accurate reports regarding security-related incidents or observations during patrols.
• Collaborate with site personnel and/or law enforcement as required to address incidents or emergencies.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential issues within the manufacturing and industrial location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• A valid driver's license is required for driving positions and must meet Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
