As an Access Control Security Professional with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents and create a welcoming environment at a leading automotive location. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring access points, verifying credentials, and conducting routine patrols to help maintain a secure atmosphere for employees, visitors, and assets. You will also provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries with professionalism and care. Pay Rate: $16.25 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including access control measures for personnel, visitors, and vehicles at the location.
• Monitor entrances and exits to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity within the facility.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business premises and perimeter, observing for unusual activity or security-related concerns.
• Assist in maintaining detailed logs and reports of daily activities, incidents, and irregularities as required by site procedures.
• Support emergency response activities and coordinate with Allied Universal management and local authorities as needed.
• Communicate professionally with clients, employees, and visitors to address questions or concerns related to access control and security-related matters.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience providing customer service is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
