Position Title: Software Developer Co-op Number of positions: 2 Duration: 4 Months+ (extendable to 8 or 12 months) Date: January-May 2026 Location: Hybrid (60% on-site)
Educational Recommendations Currently a candidate for a Master's, Bachelor's degree, or Diploma in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Machine Learning, or IT, or a related field with an accredited school in the United States
- Interact with experienced development team members to comprehend the scope and intent of the assignment.
- You will translate feature concepts into a software design and prototypes, and complete a peer review, in addition to developing and optimizing feature functionality to meet the design specifications and resolve any software issues found during testing of the feature.
- You are at the back end of the R&D process, directly reporting to an R&D Technical manager in our Network Automation organization.
- Hands-on experience in software development and building prototypes via Java programming language and database.
- Hands-on experience with technologies like Spring, Java, Hibernate/JDBC, with experience in building some standalone apps.
- Fluency in English with solid written and oral communication skills.
- 1-3 years' work experience is a plus.
