If you like solving complex EVM issues using your deep analytical skills , this is the opportunity for you! As a Principal Earned Value Management Specialist, you will provide Earned Value Management implementation support to ensure compliance with all government requirements. You will develop standard formats, conduct EVM training to develop EVM skills, and provide EVM oversight to establish program management ownership of program performance data. You will lead data analytics and advise leadership on areas to improve business performance. You will also support the Program Finance leaders in fulfilling their responsibilities to ongoing cross department continuous improvement, problem solving, project implementation, training, and governance efforts.

Responsibilities: This role will be hired within the Corporate EVMS Compliance Department and will ensure SNC has the appropriate procedures, technology, and training to support compliant bidding, planning, execution, and surveillance activities for materials and major / minor subcontracts.

Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.SNC offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position. IMPORTANT NOTICE: This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance.
