Do you have a passion for continuous process improvement and a background in the legal field? We have a great opportunity for you! As a Paralegal/Legal Operations Analyst II, you will provide supervised project-based support to our attorneys, including support of transactions, litigations, and/or corporate governance. You will conduct legal research and analysis, draft legal documents, and manage files and legal documents. You'll also review and make recommendations to improve our legal policies and procedures, enhance compliance with these procedures, and evaluate and enhance our legal systems and software solutions. You will perform research, analysis, and report on key operational and substantive contracting, budgeting, and other metrics that will better inform decision-making, including matter and work product analyses, and assist with updating our corporate governance documents. Responsibilities will include assisting attorneys with administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars, and performing other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills.
