This opportunity is perfect for someone who enjoys solving problems, communicating clearly, and making a real impact in the healthcare space. * What You'll Be Doing:* * Make approximately 10-15 outbound calls daily to clarify missing or unclear benefit details * Conduct thorough benefit investigations using a provided script and call guide * Handle inbound patient calls regarding application status and missing documentation * Document findings in the Summary of Benefits for healthcare providers * Maintain accurate and detailed case notes in the Lynk system * Perform account maintenance and follow-up communications via mail and email * What You Bring to the Table:* * Top Skills: Customer service, health insurance knowledge, call center experience, and familiarity with medical terminology * Bonus Skills: Experience with medical claims, insurance verification, and patient access systems * Ideal Candidate Traits:* * Detail-Oriented: You take pride in accuracy and precision * Adaptable: You're comfortable with change and stay consistent under pressure * Empathetic Communicator: You speak with professionalism, kindness, and clarity * Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel is a plus!) * High Performer: You've handled high call volumes or large-scale data with ease * Must-Have Qualifications:* * Solid understanding of medical terminology and basic insurance concepts * Previous call center experience with strong customer service skills * Benefit verification experience in pharmaceuticals is a plus-but not required * Experience Level:* Intermediate - perfect for someone looking to grow and take the next step in their healthcare support career. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
