As a Marketing Anayst / Subscriptions & Insights Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of paid product and services, directly influencing how the company acquires, engages, and retains subscribers. Your insights will have a direct impact on millions of users, unlocking the future of premium entertainment.
Be a key player in driving incremental growth by developing comprehensive strategies that address complex business challenges. You will collaborate with stakeholders across various functions, contributing to a clearer understanding of what drives growth and championing a psychologically safe team environment. Your expertise will be essential in providing senior leaders with data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize business performance. This is a full time position for initial 6-months-tenure, where onsite presence is required (NY office). Responsibilities:
* Develop comprehensive strategies to solve complex business challenges and drive incremental growth.

* Provide support and analysis to senior leaders, responding to ad-hoc data and research requests.
* Conduct strategic analysis, recommending ways to optimize business performance and ensure best-in-class execution.

* Conduct data-oriented analysis, architect metrics, and influence business decision-making through insights and market trends. Must-Have Qualifications:
* 8+ years of research experience, preferably in Sports/Media Marketing/Market Research
* Strong quantitative skills in pricing research (Conjoint/Gabor Granger Methodology), TAM sizing, and calibrating conjoint data.
* Proficiency in qualitative research, including focus groups, and deep understanding of consumer motivations.
* Experience with survey design (Value Prop, Pricing, Messaging, MaxDiff, etc.)
* Proactive problem-solving approach, combining analytical and creative thinking.
* Excellent presentation skills and the ability to communicate complex data effectively.
* Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage research vendors effectively.
* Proficiency in statistical analysis, storytelling, marketing analysis, data judgment, technical acumen, project management, business operations knowledge, industry knowledge, experimental design, dashboarding, presentation, and consultative skills.
* Degree in Economics, Math, Sociology, or Political Science. About Aquent Talent:
