Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Contracts Analyst to support the negotiation, execution, and management of Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and high-risk contractual terms. In this role, you will act as a key liaison between contracts, legal, and business functions-ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, and enabling effective stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate has a strong background in contracts and terms and conditions, excellent project management skills, and the ability to create clear processes and training for NDA management.

Key Responsibilities
*Negotiate, draft, and execute Non-Disclosure Agreements in alignment with company standards and business needs.
*Support completion of High Risk & Mitigation Plan templates/tools, guiding stakeholders on risk requirements and strategies.
*Audit the contract repository to ensure documentation accuracy and completeness.
*Refine and maintain documented procedures for contract intake, review, and archiving.
*Prepare clear summary reports of contract terms, risks, and obligations for business and legal stakeholders.
*Provide training and guidance to internal teams on confidentiality and NDA processes.
*Act as the first point of contact for NDA inquiries, escalating issues to senior leadership when needed.
*Support audits and participate in program reviews with internal and external customers as required.

Required Qualifications
*Background in contracts management with experience reviewing NDA terms and conditions.
*Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to train and advise stakeholders.
*Proficiency in SharePoint and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Due to the nature of the work US Citizenship required.

Preferred Qualifications
*Experience supporting contract activities in aerospace, defense, or regulated industries.
*Familiarity with contract compliance requirements in mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures.
*Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.
