Cannon Automotive Solutions, a divisionof Cleveland-Cliffs Tooling and Stamping has an immediate opportunity for a Department Administrator Quality in our Bowling Green, Kentucky Stamping Facility. TheDepartment Administrator Qualityis responsible for supporting the Quality department. The ideal candidate will have priorQualityexperience, be self-motivated and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative project and/or process support for the Quality Department, supporting the Quality Manager and other Quality Department personnel.
  • Maintain records, processes, procedures including responsibility for data entry of specific quality related information.
  • Coordinate activities between departments and/or outside parties.
  • Interact with company personnel at all organizational levels.
  • Managing and maintaining all the management system documentation in line with customer requirements and specifications.
  • Improve all SOP's and ensure that they are visual to the shop floor and communicate the management system to all the departments internally.
  • Improve the overall cost of quality on site and maintain compliance to ISO 9001.
  • Involvement with internal and external audits.
  • Receive customer complaints in a timely manner and involvement with root cause analysis and putting corrective and preventative measures in place to stop any repeat concerns.
  • Maintaining and setting up documentation and control procedures.
  • Collating and analyzing performance charts and data against defined parameters.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Possess 3-5 years in an administrative role preference given to a manufacturing environment
  • Must have experience using SharePoint

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education: Diploma in an administrative field
  • Some auditing experience (internal or external)
  • Experience in Automotive industry (PFMEA, Control Plan, PPAP)
