Rutgers University-Camden School of Business seeks applications for a tenure-track faculty position in Finance at the Assistant Professor level.

Candidates with research interests in different areas of finance are encouraged to apply. Candidates are expected to have demonstrated potential to become outstanding scholars and to lead and sustain an ambitious research program suitable for tenure at a research university.

Job duties include engagement in research publishable in top scholarly journals within the field of finance and teaching courses at the undergraduate and/or graduate levels in the area of finance using traditional and online formats. Requirements include teaching on-campus (in Camden, NJ) and online, as well as possible assignments at off-campus locations (Mt. Laurel, NJ:; Blackwood, NJ; Mays Landing, NJ; Freehold, NJ; and /or Princeton, NJ)

Applicants must have earned a PhD in Finance or a related field by the appointment date, which is September 1, 2026. Candidates who are currently completing their PhD and expect to have earned their degree by September 1, 2026, are encouraged to apply.
