Classification: Exempt Salary Range: $ 75,00 to $80,00 Reports to: Executive Chef Date: July 2025 Job Description The Executive Sous Chef assists the Head Chef in overseeing the kitchen operations, ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation. This role involves maintaining inventory and upholding food safety standards while contributing to culinary innovation. Essential Functions

Supervisory Responsibility This position has non-supervisory responsibilities. Work Environment This position is working in a high-energy kitchen environment that may involve long hours on their feet. This role requires collaboration with other departments. Physical Demands Must be able to lift heavy equipment. Must have hand and eye coordination. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to walk and stand for long periods; and reach with hands and arms. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a Full-time exempt position in a 24/7/365 work environment. Flexibility with weekdays, evenings and weekends required.
