Description The Tax Manager for the U.S. will report to the Financial Controller, and up to the Partner responsible for back-office functions and will interact with the U.S. Leadership team as well as the Management Committee Member responsible for the U.S. He or she will be responsible for overseeing tax matters in the U.S for four legal entities, which includes but not limited to:
The preferred candidate is someone who has experience in this type of role and is able to communicate with various levels of leadership. Attention to detail is a must as well as knowledge of best practices for tax requirements and regulations.
The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to play a key role in our growth as we gain momentum in the region.
Salary is negotiable with a range of $125,000 - $170,000 with an annual bonus up to 10% of base salary. The ideal candidate lives or is willing to relocate to Chicago. Position is a hybrid role with a preference for 3-4 days a week in the office, and remote 1-2 days a week. Job Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years experience in Tax related role within Professional Services/Consulting
Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Business
